Acceptable Use Policy

Note: This template defines acceptable use of Pixraft. Review it with legal counsel and adapt it to your jurisdiction before public launch.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes content and conduct that are prohibited on Pixraft (the “Service”). It supplements our Terms of Use. Violations may result in blocked content, credit forfeiture, and account suspension or termination.

Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way. This is strictly prohibited and reported to authorities.
• Is sexually explicit or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including deceptive deepfakes or impersonation.
• Is hateful, harassing, or incites violence against people or groups.
• Depicts graphic violence or promotes self-harm.
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Contains malware, or is used for phishing, spam, or fraud.
• Spreads deceptive misinformation, or impersonates Pixraft or others.

Prohibited conduct

• Circumventing credit limits, moderation, rate limits, or other technical safeguards.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the Service.
• Reselling or redistributing access to the Service without authorization.
• Sharing account credentials or using the Service on behalf of banned users.

Content moderation

Generated outputs are automatically scanned before delivery. Content flagged as unsafe is withheld, and the credits for that generation are refunded to your balance. We may review, block, or remove content and adjust these controls at any time.

Reporting abuse

To report content or behavior that violates this policy, email abuse@pixraft.app with a description and any relevant links.

Enforcement

We may take any action we deem appropriate for violations, including removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement.
